There is also a holiday home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 metres. The two-room flat is on the upper floor and has a furnished balcony. It is equipped with a living room with open-plan kitchenette (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the 820 square metre property there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities. There is also a storage area for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free WLAN is also available. The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, on the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin.
