The Manor unfolds its charms across four levels. A welcoming sitting room invites you to relax amid its entertainment amenities. It extends to a private terrace, boasting captivating sea views. There is one ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, while the rest are across the remaining levels.   
  
A sophisticated sitting room boasts sweeping sea views. The open kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining room, features modern amenities. A charming dining area extends to a wooden terrace, providing an ideal spot for outdoor dining and hosting, complete with a barbecue.   
  
The expansive enclosed plot offers a private driveway and two distinct terraces, one on the ground floor and another at the first level, providing ideal spaces to soak in the sun and the enchanting surroundings.  
  
The manor is located on the seafront in Locquirec, in northern Finistère, on the border between Finistère and Côtes d'Armor.
