Joan and I, Mercedes, will welcome you personally. We like to greet our guests on their first day so they can get to know us right away and we can answer any questions they may have. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy a vacation where they can discover the real Mallorca and feel right at home.

Finca Llampí is located in Maria de la Salut, in the heart of Mallorca. This location offers an authentic experience of rural Mallorcan life, characterized by its tranquility and natural beauty. Maria de la Salut is a small town that retains its traditional charm, with narrow streets and stone buildings.

The area is ideal for those looking to disconnect from the tourist hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in a more serene environment. In addition, its central location makes it easy to reach various parts of the island, allowing you to explore both the beaches of the north and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana.​

Nearby, you’ll find local markets where you can buy fresh and artisanal products that reflect the region’s rich culinary culture. Likewise, the proximity to other picturesque villages offers the opportunity to discover the authentic Mallorca, far from the busiest areas.

The Llampí Estate is located in a rural area of Maria de la Salut, in the heart of Mallorca. Due to its secluded location, access to the estate and getting around the area necessarily require the use of a private vehicle.


To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will provide you with the exact location of the nearest entrance from the road a few days before your stay.

Once you have reached this point, we will send you a very brief and visual explanatory video. In it, we’ll show you the dirt road you should follow. At the beginning of the dirt road, you’ll see a sign marked in red (it’s described in the video). This unpaved road is approximately 500 meters long and will take you directly to our estate. We recommend driving carefully along this stretch.

At the end of this quiet road, you’ll discover the peace and charm of Finca Llampí. We look forward to welcoming you!

Although there are public transportation options in Maria de la Salut—such as the 441 bus line, which connects the town with nearby towns like Sineu and Ariany—the frequency and coverage of these routes are limited. For example, the “Maria de la Salut 1 (35002)' ” stop is located in the center of the village, about 3 kilometers from the estate, which means a considerable walk from the stop to the property.

In addition, public transportation connections to other parts of the island, such as Palma de Mallorca, may require multiple transfers and involve long travel times.

Therefore, to ensure a comfortable stay and the opportunity to fully explore Mallorca’s attractions, a car is essential. This will allow you to easily access the property, travel to local services, and discover the various beaches, villages, and landscapes the island has to offer.
