Beautiful rustic estate on the outskirts of Llubí, ideal for disconnecting, with a private pool and capacity for 4 guests.  
  
The estate offers a lovely outdoor space with a circular chlorine pool 10 meters wide and variable depth, ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Additionally, it features amenities for entertainment, such as a barbecue area for enjoying delicious outdoor meals, a furnished porch for comfortable resting, a trampoline for children's fun, a foosball table, and a pool table for recreational games, as well as a dart area for exciting challenges. Further highlighting, there is a charming treehouse specially designed for the little ones, providing a safe and thrilling space for their recreation.  
  
Inside this charming rustic yet modern estate, distributed on one floor, a decoration with agrarian elements stands out, giving it a cozy atmosphere. The spacious living room offers two comfortable sofas, air conditioning, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Two well-equipped kitchens, one inside the main building and another in a separate area, both with gas stoves and all amenities for preparing delicious dishes. For rest, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, fan, and wardrobe; and another with two single beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe. Two bathrooms with showers complete the facilities. Additionally, for greater convenience, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available. For those traveling with babies, a crib and a high chair are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family.  
  
Llubí is a charming village located on the island of Mallorca, known for its peaceful atmosphere and rural beauty. The main square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, is a perfect place to enjoy authentic local cuisine. The surroundings of Llubí offer stunning natural landscapes, such as the Natural Park of s'Albufera, an extensive protected area that hosts a great diversity of birds and native flora. Within easy reach of some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, such as Playa de Muro and Playa de Alcudia. For history and culture enthusiasts, Llubí boasts several points of interest, such as the parish church of Sant Feliu, dating back to the 18th century, and the Ethnological Museum.

\- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.

\- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. - The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
