It is situated next to the community pool. Ideal for a family with young children. Close to the wild beach of Cala Morisca and the spectacular beach of Canyelles. BEDROOMS House Wastl has 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with cupboards, blankets and pillows. Optional rental of bed linen and towels. This house can be occupied by one person more (extra bed or sofa bed) with an extra cost. LIVING - DINING ROOM It has a living room with direct acces to the terrace and garden with beautiful views to enjoy meals and outdoor barbecues KITCHEN Kitchen equipped with tableware, electric oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker Melitta, water heater and toaster. BATHROOM One bathroom with shower. OUTDOORS Beautiful sunny terrace with views. Chairs and table to enjoy outdoor meals. Parking area next to the house. GENERAL INFORMATION No pets Cleaning kit available. Extra bed, Cot, high chair for babies (extra charge). Due to the quietness of the area, groups of young people are not accepted. Domestic animals (usually allowed upon request): € 5 / day / animal The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm. In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt. Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited. The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before. The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys. The Exit must be made before 10:00\. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection. The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit. How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte wirklich 14 Minuten, um wieder nach Hause zu kommen brauchten wir 17 Minuten, weil man ja immer bergauf laufen muss, dafür aber konnten wir den schönen Ausblick auf der Terrasse genießen. Mir persönlich haben im Bad paar Hacken für die Handtücher und ein Schuhregal an der Eingangstür gefehlt. Wenn sie Ruhe genießen möchten, dann lieber in der Nebensaison kommen, weil hinter der Hecke direkt ein Gemeinschaftspool ist. ##### Olga H.
