The angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm) is available seasonally from May 1 to October 30, allowing you to enjoy refreshing dips during the warmer months. A stepped path with five steps leads to the house, providing easy access. Other Information The property is located in a quiet and sunny position, just 1.8 km from the sea and beach. Nearby, you'll find a shop and supermarket within 2 km, a restaurant just 100 m away, and a bakery 2 km from the villa. The kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that there is no heating option available. On the upper floor, you will find an open interconnecting room with one French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan.
