ROSES, NEAR the BEACH and CITY CENTER. SUPERB LUXURY VILLA WITH SWIMMING POOL

"Positiv: Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage: Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der große Pool ist sehr schön und die Garage bietet viel Platz für zwei Autos. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit sehr gut und unkompliziert. Teresa ist eine sehr nette Person und stets bemüht auch auf Probleme einzugehen und zu lösen. (Muffiger Geruch aus dem Keller wurde direkt versucht zu beseitigen).Auf Nachfrage wurde uns beispielsweise auch ein Fön gebracht.Negativ:Durch die Nähe zur Straße ist es insbesondere bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Es fahren viele, teilweise sehr laute Roller vorbei, sodass wir nachts mit offenem Fenster nicht schlafen konnten. Das Haus ist bei der Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch. Es gibt beispielsweise keine Seife, Gewürze oder andere grundlegende Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs – man muss praktisch alles selbst mitbringen.Die Schlafcouch im vierten Schlafzimmer ist unserer Meinung nach höchstens für kleine Kinder geeignet."

"Food was excellent, well worth the price adder. Hotel is less than 5min walk from the beach. Room was clean and spacious (for the two of us more than enough). Some of the staff struggled with English but all were very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy."

"What a gem of a find! Casa de l albada is a credit to Karen and Gabriella who provide the most peaceful and comfortable level of accommodation you could hope to find. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect from the amazing views to the beautifully prepared and tasty vegan breakfasts. Karen is such a wonderful host and we enjoyed chatting with her and the other guests over breakfast. Karen is so accommodating and shares her space with guests allowing use of kitchen and communal areas which felt very homely. You will need a car as the villa is on a hill but it only takes minutes to drive into Roses town. I would recommend a stay here for anyone wanting something different from your run of the mill hotel stay. We would hope to return again as this area of Costa brava is well worth exploring more. Thank you for being such hospitable hosts and hope to visit again!"

"Wir haben das Haus vom 04.07.26 bis 13.07.26 gebucht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und waren eigentlich viel zu früh da, was aber kein Problem war, da wir mit dem Vermieter Gary über WhatsApp kommuniziert haben. Es stimmt, dass das Haus einwenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, was der tolle Ausblick auf's Meer, der gepflegte Pool und die neue Klimaanlage, wieder gut gemacht haben. Der Vermieter Gary ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeit, mit einem großen Auto ist etwas knifflig, aber machbar. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen, aber wir hatten unseren Amazon Stick dabei, da wir das, von anderen Ländern schon kennen. Den Außenbereich könnte man als Steingarten bezeichnen. Optisch sehr schön, aber für unseren Hund, weniger geeignet, da sich die Steine natürlich bei fast 40 Grad, gut aufheizen und es wenig Schatten gibt. Der Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt, ist zu Fuß wirklich nicht lange ( Berg ab), aber zurück zum Haus (Berg auf ) dauert es bedeutend länger . Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns gut erholt.
