Basic but comfortable
I had a good size en suite room for my stay. It is basic, but comfortable, and there is a nice communal kitchen space. It is a good central location in Llangollen, and reasonable priced. Unfortunately there was a bit too much road noise.

1 night stopover on the way to Mount Snowden
great place to stay, good rooms and bathroom facilities and well set up. Enjoyed our stay and Llangolen is a lovely scenic place

Great Place To Stay On A Budget
I stayed here for 3 nights in early November. Don't let the word Hostel put you off. Yes, it isn't a luxury hotel, but it isn't luxury hotel prices either. The staff are lovely and so helpful and chatty. Everything is clean and there is all you need for a comfortable and cosy base. The parking is convenient and cheap for the location. Llangollen is beautiful and this is a great place to stay when you visit. We didn't have time to make use of the lounge, but it looked really comfy and cosy. We had a room each, with comfortable beds and tea/coffee makings. Nice views too. Would definitely stay again!!!

Of 13 venues we stayed in this was one of our top 3. Unique. Were we staying longer we could have made better use of it.

Llangollen Hostel stay
There was some confusion about whether a continental breakfast was included. I had seen in some of the information provided that it was, but on speaking to the owner that this wasn’t the case. The hostel was very clean and very warm. We found the parking permit inside, which was helpful. It wasn’t the cheapest stay, as two rooms were available for our use, a twin and a double but we didn’t need the twin.

Great value for money. In one of the most beautiful towns. Only problem was the steps up to the top bunk - they were very narrow. Must be small and very agile to climb them. Otherwise everything was great.

Two nights accomm in Llangollen.
Very good location in the middle of town. Opposite a supermarket and easy parking out the back. Great loungeroom to settle in to play a game of cards. Easy breaky. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy for a family of 5 with primary aged kids. No issues across the board, even booking was easy.

Enjoyable Stay
The family room was good and comfortable with such reasonable price. it was feeling free to stay here as most of the thing were self served, such as breskfast and using the kitchen to cook! The city was beautiful and we enjoy stay here very much.

Good value hostel
Stayed here one night on a golfing trip to the area. A great place to stay if you're looking for something at a very reasonable price. Ideal for a family or group looking for shared accommodation. All staff very friendly and helpful - I was able to dry my golf gear out overnight. Help yourself to a good choice for breakfast. Cheap car parking available directly at the rear of the property.

Golf weekend
Stayed at the Llangollen Hostel whilst on a golf weekend. I have never stayed at a hostel before but i was very impressed by the The Llangollen Hostel. It was clean tidy comfortable and quiet. The place was full but you wouldn't know it. The Shared bathroom was clean and tidy with a brilliant shower. The host was friendly and attentive and i would definitely use here again.

Vor Ankunft wurde ich telefonisch kontaktiert und ein spätes check-in ermöglicht. Alles sauber, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Frühstück zur Selbstbdienung, selbst kochen möglich (Supermarkt gegenüber). Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus mit Parkschein des Hostels. Einziger Nachteil aus meiner Sicht: hellhöriges Haus. Ich komme wieder.

Hostel private room
We booked a family room with privat bathroom, bedroom was quite spacious. Very well run hostel in the centre of town, kept spotless, top customer service, cosy lounge area with log burner, simple but adequate breakfast (especially considering what you pay), note you'll have to pay for parking and towels on top.

Good clean friendly hostel
Only stayed one night but warmly welcomed by Arlo. All amenities clean & tidy free tea & coffee is nice to have. Breakfast was good. Very easy access from public car park directly behind Hostel (free overnight)

Excellent facilities and value
I booked a room to myself for £35 a night which I was really happy with. Bed was comfortable and parking with a day permit available from staff is possible right behind the building. Excellent kitchen facilities and lovely lounge. Pillows a bit thick for me but that's personal preference. Staff were lovely and keep the place spotlessly clean. The mix of people when I stayed were late 20s to 50s.

Excellent hostel accommodation.
Only stayed one night, but will definitely return. More like staying in a B&B - lovely lounge, fully equipped and spacious kitchen, comfortable bed with individual reading light, shelf and hook for clothes. Warm welcome on arrival and a superb location - a short walk to all the tourist attractions, the walks & cycle trails, shops, bars & restaurants. Fantastic value for money!

Cosy at Llangollen Hostel
Cosy and comfortable. Nice and friendly staff. My first time at a Hostel and the experience was made very pleasant by the staff and fellow customers. The only draw back was the shared bathroom fcilities but this was clean and tidy. I would definitely be pepared to stay here again. Llangollen is a pretty town very mountainous with lovely panoramic views.

Skvělý hostel
Tento hostel si dovedu představit jako základnu pro pobyt v Llangollen. Personál je velmi vstřícný, ochotný a příjemný. Rodinný pokoj pro pět lidí je spíše menší, ale naprosto čistý, stejně tak i sprcha a toaleta. V přízemí kuchyň, jídelna a dokonce i obývák. Cena na místní poměry velmi přijatelná. Celkový dojem výborný, rozhodně mohu doporučit.
