The accommodation has just been renovated for 2019 and is suitable for two persons. It consists of entrance hall, lounge/kitchen/diner, bedroom, en-suite bathroom and separate WC. Our apartment is finished to a high standard. The kitchen has an electric full size oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table. The diining area has a contemporary style glass table with two stools. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and fruit is provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a large rain shower and heated towel rail. Free off road designated parking throughout your stay. Free Wi-Fi. Well behaved dogs welcome. We love welcoming new and returning guests to our apartments. We care greatly about your experience being a comfortable and enjoyable one with us. Off road parking is provided and the apartment has everything that you would need and is reasonably spacious. he kitchen is sufficiently well equipped and it was easy to cook a decent meal. The bed is comfortable and bedding clean and fresh, and there was the offer of a mid-stay clean and change of bedding. Clean towels were also provided during our stay. The location is perfect being at the end of the main street of the town and within easy reach of the beach and local attractions, with plenty of choice of shopping which makes self-catering easy. The town itself is clean and tidy with a choice of 'High Street' and local food, retail and hospitality outlets. We really enjoyed out stay here and will be looking to return. ##### Andrew L. Perfect location just on the edge of the town so away from the hustle and 2 minutes walk to the sea front. It's perfect for walking the Great Orm. Carl was great from start to finish, kept in touch and made us feel really welcome. Great location, close to the front and at the end of the main street. The apartment was very clean, finished to a high standard with a comfy bed and a lovely shower. Will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends and family. A dog friendly place to stay is often hard to find, so that is a huge bonus. Thanks again for our wonderful stay. ##### Darren E. This is a hidden gem of a place - I am even a little hesitant to leave a review, as I want to come back and keep it a secret!! It's really hard to find a place that will take a dog AND for just a few days - but this ticks all the boxes! Carl the owner is such a nice guy, he made us feel so welcome, in his immaculate stylish apartment, In the heart of the town. We were surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and the fabulous pier and beach. Great place to holiday. Owner very helpful lives in the house above this ground floor property. Less than five minutes walk from the pier plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
