Au début on nous avait donné une chambre au sous-sol. C'était très humide, malpropre. Il y avait des sacs à poubelles qui traînaient dans le corridor. Jamais nous n'aurions accepté de dormir là. On nous a donné une autre chambre à l'étage. C'était un peu mieux mais sans plus. Le service était très lent(on devait donner plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une réponse) mais le personnel courtois. The pictures of the hotel advertised are nothing like the reality of the hotel. I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and I was given the top floor which consisted of 1 room with a large bed and another room with 2 single beds which meant we had to sleep separately. The rooms themselves were very run down, are in desperate need of a proper clean and paint and the curtains didn't even fit the windows.... The areas needing improvement are: mattress very uncomfortable, bathroom door doesn't close as no lock, room too tight, water in shower too little. Breakfast was okay but more options needed. Location was excellent. Some good points and some not so good. Clean and simple solo room, no fuss and ideal for what was needed for a single night stay. Bed was a bit creaky but comfortable none the less! I didn't have breakfast. The only minor headache was nobody being around initially when I went to check in abour 8.30pm, and phone signal wasn't good to get hold of anyone. My fault for not reading the booking instructions and contacting the hotel in advance for a slightly later check in time.
