From the upstairs terrace, you have fantastic views of the sea and the port. You go up stairs to get to the apartment. It has two floors linked by a staircase. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Bed linen is provided. 1 Full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towels. On the second floor is a kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee capsule machine and tableware. Guest toilet. Lounge-dining room with plenty of natural light and furniture: table and chairs, TV, sofa, double sofa-bed and furniture with basic equipment. This space leads to a large outdoor terrace with fantastic views and outdoor furniture - sofa, table and chairs and awning. Washing machine, iron, air conditioning upstairs in the lounge-dining room. Equipment: Outside: large sunny terrace, awning, views and outdoor furniture - sofa, table and chairs. 1 Bathroom and 1 toilet: toilet, sink, shower and towels. 2 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and reading lamps. 1 triple bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Sofa-bed in the lounge-dining room. Bed linen included. Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee capsule machine and tableware. Lounge-dining room: sofa, sofa-bed, TV, table and chairs. Others: washing machine, iron, air-conditioning upstairs in the lounge-dining room, parking in the street. Location The holiday apartment is in the port area of Llançà, a quiet location, close to the beach. Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. Il y avait de la poussiere un.peu partout sur les meubles. Il n y a qu une salle de bain et bien 2 wc dont un dépendant.
