Beautifully furnished apartment, bright, modern and fully equipped with WIFI, located in a new residential complex with swimming pool. Spectacular sea views from the pool and the communal area. It is located in the quiet area of Fane de Baix, only 80 m. away from the coastal path GR-92 that runs along part of the coast of Cap de Creus, and about 400 m. away from Cau del Llop beach, in Llançà. Port de Llançà, where you can find the main shops, bars and restaurants in the village, is located at about 1800 meters away from the complex. The apartment is tastefully modern decorated. It has 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and one with twin beds), large living-dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower and garden. Amenities: heating, air conditioning, kitchen with glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils and dishes, iron, TV and terrace furniture. It has a private parking space in the communal garage. Ideal for couples with children for its peaceful surroundings and the convenience of fully available facilities with pool. As for the best known populations nearby, you will find the fishing town of Port de la Selva just 6 Km away, Cadaqués at about 18 Km and Figueres, the city where you can find the famous Dalí Theatre-Museum, is just 23 Km. away. \[hidden\]
