La maison est très bien située, au calme et pas loin de la plage. Un commerce se situe à quelques pas de la maison (pratique pour les petits achats, dépôt de pain et viennoiseries). Llança est un joli petit village à découvrir en famille, (randonnées très agréables à faire aux alentours) , plusieurs petits restaurants sympathiques dont le pati blanc.
