### Les Tonyines 67 - Apartment with views and terrace

The apartment is all on one floor. When you go in, there is a bright open-plan space with a lounge-dining room which has a sofa-bed, armchair, TV, dining table and chairs and other furniture. It has direct access to the terrace and sea views. The kitchen connects with the lounge-dining room via a wide opening and has a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, mini oven-grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee capsule machine, toaster and tableware.   
  
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size double bed and view to the terrace outside, and the other with 2 single beds. 1 small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.  
  
The terrace is large and has tables, chairs and an awning and has lovely views of the sea and coast.   
  
Air conditioning in the lounge and the bedroom with a double bed. Heating - 1 electric radiator in the other bedroom and a portable gas heater in the dining room. Washing machine. Ironing board and iron. Communal wifi.   
  
Private parking space outside.

The apartment is located 150 metres from the beach, close to the port area and the shops and restaurants.   
  
Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.

Points faibles : Propreté

Check-in war einfach und ok. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung war schon grenzwertig mit einem großen Fahrzeug. Der Weg zur Wohnung war sehr steil und um auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen musste man ausgiebig rangieren, sonst setzte das Fahrzeug sofort auf.Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1\. OG und somit war die Sicht auf auf das Meer schön.Die Wohnung selbst war total verschmutzt. Überall lagen Staub und Flusen, Spinnweben hingen von der Decke und es gab Haare - überall und sogar im Bett - und es gab tierische Mitbewohner in jedem Zimmer (Spinnen, Krabbeltiere). Das Bad (Duschwanne, Fliesenfugen, Duschvorhang waren verschimmelt)!!!! Die Toilette war nur seitlich nutzbar, war gesprungen und verschmutzt.Wir reisten samstags an und wollten so schnell wir möglich wieder abreisen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wurde uns eine neue Wohnung angeboten. Fotos über den Zustand der Wohnung haben wird der Agentur übermittelt.Wir haben Sterne vergeben weil es nicht anders ging, aber wir würden Minus-Sterne vergeben wenn es möglich wäre.Wir können diese Wohnung so nicht empfehlen!!!!
