Fully furnished and equipped! Pets allowed. The penthouse is located in the quiet and beautiful area of Grifeu in Llançà, 100 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from the centre, where you will find the main shops and restaurants. Llançà is a coastal and family village, where you can enjoy many water activities (kayaking, snorkelling, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, etc) and mountain activities (hiking, the GR 92, the path of Sant Jaume, visit the dolmens of the area and the great Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others). This small village is located between Cap de Creus and the Albera, very close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués, Colera, among others, where you can discover its history, its gastronomy, its landscapes and its culture. Llançà is also close to Figueres with its shops and its beautiful Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada and its magnificent casino, along with other villages of the Alt Empordà famous for its vineyards and wines of \[hidden\] Empordà.
