An immaculate cottage in the centre of Llanbedr, steps from the village pub and shop, making it a perfect retreat for families and friends.. 2 steps to entrance.  
  
Ground Floor:  
  
Living room: With electric wood burner and Smart TV.  
  
Kitchen/dining room: With French doors leading to rear garden, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  
  
Separate toilet.  
  
First Floor:  
  
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.  
  
Bedroom 2: With bunk beds (double on bottom, single above).  
  
Bedroom 3: With bunk beds.  
  
Bathroom: With bath with shower attachment, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (Gas). On road parking. No smoking. Situated in the picturesque village of Llanbedr, this wonderful cottage combines modern style with homely comfort, providing the perfect escape for families or friends. Centrally located, it’s just a short stroll to the local pub, a handy convenience shop, and a bike hire store, making it a practical yet delightful choice for your holiday. The cottage boasts a stunning open-plan kitchen-diner, thoughtfully designed with contemporary appliances and ample space for cooking and dining together.  
  
Large doors lead directly from the dining area into the private rear garden, a space that invites you to unwind and savour the fresh Welsh air. After a day of exploring, relax in the separate lounge, a warm and inviting space with a cosy electric log burner and plush seating, ideal for quiet evenings. A ground-floor toilet with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience. Upstairs, the cottage offers a beautifully appointed family bathroom with a shower and a separate bath for indulgent soaks. The three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests (6 adults).  
  
Llanbedr is an idyllic village set in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, offering a wealth of attractions to suit all interests. Just a short distance away is Shell Island, a breathtaking destination known for its expansive dunes, diverse wildlife, and sweeping sea views. It’s a haven for nature lovers and a great spot for a day trip. Another must-see is the award-winning Llanbedr Beach. Its pristine sands and waters are perfect for family outings, sunbathing, and water sports. Whether you’re paddling with children or simply enjoying the tranquil scenery, this beach is a highlight. Further afield, Harlech beckons with its rich history and dramatic landscapes. The imposing Harlech Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers stunning views of the coastline and provides a glimpse into medieval Wales.
