Property Summary  
Alma is a single-family house situated 900 m from the center of Šišan, Croatia, and 8 km from the center of Pula. It offers a peaceful and sun-drenched location, just 2 km from the sea and beach. The property boasts a private 1'500 m2 fenced garden with a lawn, an angular swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from 27.Apr. - 28.Sep.), and a children's playground with a swing. You can enjoy an outdoor shower, a terrace (20 m2) with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and Internet Wifi. The vacation rental also provides a washing machine and parking for 3 cars on the premises, accessible via a 100 m unmade road.

Two of the rooms are furnished with French beds measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, complete with cable TV, international TV channels, and air conditioning.
