Villa Dora is a beautiful single-family house with two stories, built in 2023, located in the hamlet of Jadreški, Croatia, about 7.5 km from the center of Pula. It offers a private property of 394 m2, featuring a garden with a lawn, an angular swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability from May 1 to October 15), an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. The vacation rental is equipped with internet access, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises.

The property boasts a lovely outdoor area with a garden featuring a lawn and a seasonal swimming pool for your enjoyment. It also offers an outdoor shower and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Nearby amenities include a shop located 150 m away, a supermarket at 5 km, and a restaurant within 3.2 km. The sandy beach is 7 km away, while a pebble beach is also located 7 km from the property. Walking paths and a cycle lane are accessible at 100 m and 150 m from the house, respectively. The owner does not accept youth groups, making it an ideal destination for families.

The property is a 3-room house spanning 150 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house features air conditioning and satellite TV (flat screen) in multiple rooms. It also has a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, and television. The maximum capacity is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The property offers panoramic views of the countryside from the 16 square meter terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs. While there is no heating option available, the terrace provides an outdoor living space ideal for enjoying your vacation. The layout of the bedrooms includes one room with a 90 cm bed (length 200 cm) and one room with a 180 cm French bed (length 200 cm) on the upper floor, each with an en-suite shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning.
