It’s a nice setting. However, the home itself could have been cleaner. The floors were chipped and buckling in several spots, and the towels/bathrooms didn’t seem very clean. We asked to drop off our infant’s milk prior to our check in time so it could be refrigerated while we were out (we had plans that did not allow us to be there at the 4pm check in time), but the owner would only allow it with an additional 50 early check-in fee, which felt a bit unreasonable given the small request. ##### Jaclyn T. Nicely updated, comfortable beds. We had rain most of the time and only got to enjoy sitting by the stream for a short time. We went during the week and discovered many places were only open on the weekends. That limited our choices for restaurants. If we returned we would either do a weekend or later in the season. Quiet with a stream in the back! Foliage was at its peak and views were gorgeous. Visited the Warwick Valley Winery (about 1.5 hrs away) and had the best hamburger EVER.
