Guests can often watch Bald Eagles fish the cove as well as other wildlife right in front of the house. Completely updated three bedroom, two and a half bath, water-front home in a lovely, gated community on Lake Livingston. Modern and stylish, but comfortably appointed with an open living area featuring large picture windows overlooking the lake. Great location that is secluded but has stores for last minute groceries or items down the road. The home was nice and clean, check in and out was extremely easy. The view was amazing and it was nice sitting out to watch the sunrise and sunset. The house is right on the water and even though the water was down a bit, we were still able to fish and caught a few. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We traveled with our 4 month old and stayed in the room on the first floor and it was perfect, spacious for her pack n play and the tub for her baths etc. We enjoyed the kayak, ping pong table and fire pit. Also very close to Sam Houston National Park, went for a hike on the Lone Star Hiking Trail onto Double Lake and it was so peaceful and stunning nature.
