Good hotel for business travelers or w/e events
Without knowing this hotel all looked great on the website However our stay was during the week and the hotel is on a major road junction So very difficult for sleep The hotel it's self was in a good standard linside as it has been repainted and new carpets in the rooms However the main carpet in corridors needs replacing, very old and worn Also in our room which was recently repaired and had new carpet this was fine, but the mattress was very old and the springs were felt The inside now is very good standard but as you approach the hotel it doesn't give a good impression as old and tired, I should hope the outside renovation is also planned

A cheap and convenient place to sleep. Clean but could be cleaner in my opinion and does what it says on the tin. Will be using this hotel for LFC games when I'm travelling from Glasgow. There were some noisy women coming to their rooms at 3am, which we weren't happy about but of course that is not the hotel's fault

Nice and cheap
I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. They are renovating so some rooms are far better than others. In general very nice and inexpensive. The bar/restaurant is very good.

Overall very happy, staff were friendly and engaging and helped me understand where things are as I'm not from the local area so was great to have a nice chat with them about things to do.

Greay stay
Room was very large so very pleased. Shower was ok, did the job but only had a body wash. The room had 2 small armchairs, coffee table, dressing table, small dresser unit and a big comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Great value hotel, excellent food and ample paking
Excellent value for money. Reasonable sized room with several power points and usb. Considering proximity to main road, nice and quiet. Good sized car park. Choice of dining in bar area or restaurant. Restaurant food was excellent with a good selection to choose from. Good breakfast to start the day. Staff friendly and efficient

Quick 1 night stopover for an open day at Liverpool uni, ver clean tidy hotel, bedrooms comfortable and staff very pleasant, bar was a bit pricey but wouldn't stop me from booking again

The room, facilities and breakfast are all perfectly fine for the price. Would strongly recommend checking if they're holding an event on the night you're staying though as the DJ can play loud music until past midnight

My experience at park hotel
Stay there was satisfactory. It would have been nice if I had a mini fridge in the room. It was a clean, parking space and security was very good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cheap and cheerful but not comfortable
Very clean but dated hotel badly in need of facelift. No air conditioning is a real problem because the outside noise from the boiler house and surrounding mean if you open a window you’re going to find it hard to get a decent nights sleep. Beds very small and mattresses very poor quality.

Pleasant Stay
A nice weekend at the hotel, very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Parts of the hotel are a little dated, but this didn't alter our stay.

A pleasant, modest hotel that suited my requirements. The issues I had were minor and could be fixed relatively easily by housekeeping using the rooms themselves. The light above the dressing table did not light the mirror sufficiently, with the ceiling lights finishing quite far from it they didn’t help either. The toilet seat moved each time I used it making a sharp crack, minor but unpleasant especially during the night. My key card wouldn’t work when I got back after midnight, l rang the hotel number but eventually had to return to reception to get it sorted out. I have mobility problems and this made it rather difficult for me. Could a house phone be put somewhere by the lift/stairs to make dealing with issues like this easier for the guests? I couldn’t find a sleep timer program on the TV remote control, could instructions for this; if available, be included in the information page? I said the issue I had were minor so they wouldn’t prevent me from using the Park Hotel in the future, resolving them would just improve the customer experience.

Our stay was good however after arriving we were not able to order any food from room service as this had finished at 845pm. We should have been made aware of this on checking in.

Our room had damaged to a radiator cover so we’re moved , heating didn’t work luke warm water all though our stay ,staff did their best brought a heater and gave us a drink at the bar , it was not the stay we had planned, it cause stress my husband waited 10 minutes to talk to duty manager, he was serving food ! He did come to our room to speak to us, a sorce a heater.in the morning to us he had told maintenance about the problem, but it was an old building!breakfast was good but coffe pit was in need of a wash and wipe , overall definitely would not stay again but Saff did their best

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also our room (128) was easy for others to look in as there was a room directly opposite. I feel as thoigh provacy glass should be applied.
