This one-bedroom modern apartment in brief comprises of a private entrance hall, a spacious double bedroom with a mirrored fitted wardrobe, a bathroom, open plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a private entrance hall. Entrance into the main building is using a key from the key safe. Entrance into the apartment is via a security code which will be made available 24 to 48 hours prior to the arrival of the guest. The bedroom and living room is airy and furnished beautifully with a sofa and a designer floor lamp with a charcoal finish. The apartment has a beautiful grey oak floor running through out. The open plan living kitchen area boasts an excellent range of grey urban gloss units and drawers with ample of preparation surfaces.
