Two designated parking spaces are also available for added convenience, making it easy to explore the city. This two-storey house features two bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, and an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The Space: Situated at the scenic Royal Albert Docks in Liverpool, Chic Townhouse by the Docks exudes character with its newly refurbished interior and Art Deco design. The ground floor is enhanced by striking grey laminate flooring, while the upper floor is fully carpeted, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. As you enter the front door, the living room is a welcoming space with a comfortable corner sofa. A flat-screen TV is provided, offering both terrestrial channels and Smart TV features for streaming your favourite apps. Sharing the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats your group with a wooden dining table and chairs for all guests, complemented by decorative flowers. The large window adds plenty of light to the space framed by the light interior walls, making the space even more inviting. This space is also home to the modern kitchen, fully equipped for cooking at home, with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and more.
