We booked this a few weeks before our trip as travelling from Wales to Liverpool for the football. Details from Expedia/ Vrbo said access details would come 3 days before the visit. Messaged the host beforehand to just check this was the case ...no reply.
Fast forward to 3days before, no information, contacted customer service who couldn't get hold of the host. Fast foward to the night before after more online customer service chats, and a phone call and eventually a reply with access details. At this point I was nervous about the property but decided to stick with it.
There were 5 of us so needed the sofa beds, had to rummage and find bedding and then the condition of the sofa bed wasn't great and seemed broken.
No hot water
One window was sealed up with what looked to be tissue paper.... And another didn't really open. Also didn't discover this is on the 12th floor until the cess details arrived, this I feel should be highlighted in the initial details.
Overall we slept and it was fine but probably wouldn't book it again
