The Space: This stylish apartment has been finished to a high standard, offering comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, a dining table, sofa, and a smart TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while French doors lead to a private balcony. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a plush double bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage for your belongings. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, a toilet, and a sink, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. Paid laundry facilities are available in the communal area. Please note, the property is situated in central Liverpool, so occasional background noise may be heard in the evenings. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks. Getting Around: As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 10 minutes walk away. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
