I had a great stay at the renovated Doubletree in Livermore. The restaurant is nice and their bartender is awesome. I have no complaints. You have to run the warm water for a while and it will get hot. The bed was comfortable nice TV and brand new

Room was not properly stocked with toiletry items. While at the bar eating, I stepped over to the desk to request that they have someone deliver some supplies to the room. I was handed the items, which was quite inconvenient. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have a refrigerator. Newly remodeled but lacking in too many areas service-wise to warrant a repeat stay.

the hotel is on constructions not specified during booking the rooms, confusing to locate the office ,cables and construction debrief getting the elevator, one of my room missing toilet paper and dirty, for the price i pay i cut go to other hotel ready to accommodate safe and cleaner

When we booked on-line we were never notified the property was under severe renovations. Expedia also told us we would receive a $50 credit, which we never received for the one night stay.

great place to stay in Livermore. Currently under renovation so stayed in one of the not yet renovated rooms. Was in decent shape and have seen worse places for sure.They offer a take and go breakfast that was good but will have a breakfast room when renovated. can't wait to go back and stay when all work is done. Should be really nice

This was perfect for someone in the area on a business trip. Nothing special in terms of decor, but efficient and pleasant; everything runs smoothly. Lots of parking, quiet, ease of checking in and out. And it was clean enough. My only complaint is that the bedsheets had a bit of a musty odor. They looked clean, but they could have smelled fresher for it to receive a full rating. The room may just not have been used in awhile. I would stay again but would probably pack my own pillow!

Don’t waste you time or money here.
The hotel is under complete Construction!! Construction workers used guest elevators. This hotel should Not repeat Not be open for business. No where did they mention the conditions of this hotel. We had to find another hotel. Husband and son stayed toilet clogged shower didn’t have water pressure chemical smell in hallways. WE WILL demand our money back. WORSE experience.

I arrived to check in and the atmosphere was nice until I went to the front counter. The lady that was doing my check in was not very friendly. There was no hello how you doing today … what brings you here…. No friendly anything. I didn’t feel very welcomed. The women blonde women that works during the day was very friendly and engaging. She made the stay feel better. I would go here again if everyone made at least half her efforts. Ok stay overall.

There was mold in the corners of the bath/shower despite having what appeared to be new caulk. Possible black mold spots on the wall. The hotel is under renovation. That does not excuse or allow the second floor stairwell fire door to be blocked open when I arrived at 7:00 PM and the day's work completed. The light switch by the door did not activate any light.

I will file a suit with health and safety. They put me in a room and i almost died because the fumes from the previous visitors vomit consumed me. Woman at front desk is a sociopathic.

There was a dirty rag in the tub when I got there. The “breakfast” was a lunch bag with a small bottle of water and a small packaged roll. The door had gaps all around it and there was a lot of noise from other rooms next to me. I will not stay here again.

This is a little gem of a hotel. I had to book last minute and was nervous about such a low price for the room, but the reviews were good so I gave it a chance. I'm so glad I did! Well-lit, quiet, near the highway but not noisy. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling with my baby. The room was clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfy! The heat worked great and the room was already a comfortable temperature when I arrived. Even the buildings next door looked nice and not sketchy. And they had an elevator! Thanks Premiere Suites, Livermore!

The property was not clean. It had no amenities and was going under construction. I could hear elevator noise in the room. Room was not cleaned properly. It should be a two star property.

The hotel was fine and seemed clean BUT there was rotting food in the dresser and a child's backpack . It was obvious nobody checked the room before our arrival. I put the garbage outside our room and it was still there the next day. Also, the tv/coffee pot/microwave situation wasn't ideal. We had to unplug the microwave to watch tv. And it was hard to get behind the dresser to do this.

The property is old, but going through a remodel. In a quiet part of town, but a couple of minutes away from shops and box stores for all your needs. The room was clean including all the bedding and linens. Just needs an update. At the time, the hotel name did not have its name on the building. Overall, good experience.
