The check-in process is at a kiosk in the lobby and someone checks you in via zoom. I didn't find it to be inconvenient at all. "We needed a clean, one night stay and this was good. Room was basic, however clean and comfortable. Quiet overnight. Breakfast was also simple and good. I felt the breakfast coffee was a big weak, otherwise, pleased."
