We feel the property description is misleading in some areas, and hope the following will clarify things: 1. It sleeps 8 (at a push) but only seats 4. "We spent a very long weekend (5 nights) in Port Vendres. The property has all necessary facilities, however it is quite tired and would benefit from a deep clean and re-decoration. Also, it is a pitty there is no view of the sea from the house, however a few seconds walk and the stunning views across to the jetty are all exposed. The house benefits from being a little out of the way with no passing traffic (pedestrian or car) hence very tranquil. The house is well placed for many stunning walks...

"Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezäunt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder."

"Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Jean Louis verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Alles sehr zentral (Bus, Einkauf,Strand). Auf das Auto kann man durchaus verzichten, aber nur, wenn man einen reinen Badstrandurlaub verbringen möchte. Wunderschöne Nachbarorte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, bei einem sehr netten Vermieter, netten Menschen und in einem wundervollen Urlaubsland. Anke & Matthias"

Le top Très bien équipée et propre Climatisation dans le salon Ventilateurs dans la mezzanine et dans la chambre côté jardin sont indispensables Merci pour ça :) L'antimoustique également sinon impossible de profiter du jardin encore merci ! La cour fermée devant la maison est super pratique pour garer la voiture et/ou faire jouer les enfants. Attention à la mezzanine je la recommande très fortement pour les enfants uniquement. Car le toit est très bas car même...
