But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online. We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside. Basically It's a tourism Trap.
