"This apartment should be fine, the location is lovely as is the view. The apartment is poorly maintained. The management company all but ruined our holiday and the treatment we received was unprofessional and distressing. Their welcome letter says “We care and want you to have a good experience” - this could not be further from our actual experience. On the beach, and exactly as advertised - loved it

"You seriously need a car to visit this wonderful city, so it was great that Leisure Bay offered onsite parking. There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and the awesome sound of those waves coming through our wide open patio doors. Important note ... traffic congestion is a given, as is right hand drive with your gear shifter, turn signals flipped to your other hands if you're not a Brit, and a GPS is a must."
