The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. 3\. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). 4\. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving! 5\. Security Cameras: A camera is mounted on the shed and observes only the driveway and side entrance. The house was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The upper deck is absolutely amazing. I just wanted to hang out there all the time. It was absolutely beautiful and amazing. My son and I did a father son get away before he leaves for boot camp. We fished for 2 days. We got to explore the lake, swim in the water and enjoy the beautiful views the porch and patio had to offer. The way the sun beams through the windows in the morning is enough to make you want to stay forever. The property managers were incredible to work with and the home was immaculate.
