Check your worries at the door and embrace the soothing serenity of Ironwood, a luxurious 3-bed, 2-bath vacation home in Little River. This property, with 3 acres of land all to yourself on the gorgeous Mendocino Coast, sleeps 10 and is the perfect place for a family holiday, friends trip, or weekend retreat. 10 minutes south of Mendocino and 20 minutes south of Fort Bragg, Ironwood is a short drive away from hiking trails, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, breweries and pubs, and groceries, but it’s on a secluded property that feels worlds away from the stress of everyday life. It’s ideally situated for jaunts to the beach, forest, waterfalls, and other natural wonders. Plus, thanks to its high-speed internet, you can work remotely, stream movies and games, and reap all the benefits of connectivity – with partial ocean views. When you arrive, your hardest decision will be which of the many fabulous amenities of this airy, light-filled home you want to sample first. Inside, sink into the plush, gigantic couch in the living room and enjoy the peaceful forest view, put a movie on the smart TV (one of four in the house), or set up for game night. Outside, children will enjoy the play area with swings, a slide, and a zipline, while adults can challenge each other to a friendly basketball game.
