The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. This hidden gem is perfect for business/ medical or personal travelers as it is perfectly located on the border of Frisco/Little Elm and minutes away from the beach. Any house rules violated below may result in cancelation of your reservation and fees. 1\. No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell 2\. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine 3\. If you have a furry friend, then awesome! Please just let us know what breed and size, so we are aware. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine. 4\. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean! 5\. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM 6\. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest 7\. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel 9\. We keep a track of inventory in the home. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price 10\.
