The house is really very nice and looks fairly new construction. The start was rough because the battery in the key pad was bad and we could not get in until someone came to let us in, not ideal. The house is HUGE, definitely bigger than I expected even from the photos. It's close to numerous restaurants and parks for the kiddos, and the grocery store is 5 minutes away. There was a strong odor that I communicated with the owner about which will be addressed (likely a cleaning agent). Be forewarned that the house is very open so you can hear A LOT from the wind blowing to someone talking downstairs or walking upstairs. A few of the neighbors out walking one night were a bit rude about the kids playing with a ball in the front yard at 8pm, but nothing too drastic. My oldesr daughter loved the beds so much she said she didn't want to leave The home was very clean had all the basics that we needed. The kitchen is not setup to accommodate feeding more than four people. With several bedrooms, this house is ready for a large crowd but needs more than a four place setting of flatware. Don’t let this little hiccup prevent you from renting this home. It is AWESOME, BEAUTIFUL, and PERFECT for a family gathering. Close to everything!! We will stay there again. ##### Alecia A.
