Nice small hotel with continental breakfast included,nice garden with a swimming pool. Tv was not working but they came quickly to have it fixed. Wifi works great.

Beautiful herritage home built early 1900's by Lismores first doctor. They have gone to great lengths to preserve the original building & style. Great value, clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast and brilliant shared kitchen. It will be interesting to see if Melville House continues to hold the high standard & care it's previous owner dedicated her life to.

Character of the home. A true classic. A bit of a walk into town if you dont want to drive. Couldnt get any sound out of TV but only watched tennis and dont normally have sound on anyway.

Melville house has got character and charm so it’s quite unique. It’s very good value, easily accessible, clean room with all the facilities you need. There’s continental breakfast. A large pool and garden which is very pleasant. Would definitely come again if was waiting to stay in Lismore or surrounds.

Great place to stay.

The property was clean and well presented.Close to the centre of Lismore.Parking was on the street outside the property.A light continental breakfast was provided.The only contact I had with the person managing the property was by phone on check in-this was quick and efficient.Overall I was very pleased with my four day stay.The property was excellent value for money.

Apart from perfect human conditions, the place is pet friendly and I travel with an assistance dog who is made welcome in all respects! Dog friendly accommodation is often a rarity and Melville House is an example of just how it's done!
