« We loved our stay on Dexter Pond. The cabin is charming, clean and comfortable. There were bottles of water and fresh eggs in the frig. There were helpful notes around the cabin explaining how things worked. The big yard had a fire pit ready to enjoy. This was the perfect place for us to spend our first two nights in Maine - loons singing - hummingbirds dancing and perfect peace and quiet. »

« The view, the view!! Everything was perfect. The host was responsive! Great amenities! Had coffee, good TP, water, shampoo etc..The only this I would suggest is comfy chairs on the deck. While having our coffee Saturday morning we watch a lobster boat check his traps. »

« We so enjoyed staying in the open, light filled Boathouse. The highlight was the nightly visit to our dock by the Great Blue heron, who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Also loved watching the terns, egret, and bald eagles! »

« Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going! »

The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you! »

« Highly recommend. Beautiful location, quiet & spacious floor plan. Close to shopping/groceries. There is plenty of room to move around. Was so great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Property is very clean, well-maintained & stocked. Property Manager responds immediately if anything is needed. Home is on a cove, so it was great to be able to climb down a few rocks to explore area for Seaglass, shells, etc. Enjoyed the large deck to view ocean, lobster boats, morning coffee, afternoon...
