The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location - only a short walking distance to some great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We loved exploring the local area, seeing the street art, nearby flea market on Tuesdays and Saturdays and the excellent lookout points for a beautiful view of Lisbon. Our host made it a very welcoming stay and is as lovely as described in listing. We learned the bus schedules and that helped a lot to avoid the steep climb from the Metro station below. Graca is a nice, friendly neighborhood that allowed us to engage with the packed Lisbon center area when we wanted to and relax at other times. The hostess, Manuela, was easy to communicate with and very helpful in planning for my arrival and departure. The place was small but enough room for two of us. Its a studio vice a one bedroom place. It was tough to find parking right out fron but there were plenty down the street and a short walk. À 10 mn a pied vous avez le metro, c est une fin de ligne mais c est la porte ouverte vers le reste des transports de lisbonne (peu cher d ailleurs!). Myself, wife and 2 children (aged 13 & 10) stayed in the apartment for 1 week which was in a great location for walking all of Old Lisbon. Car not required as you can easily get around via trams, buses and taxis etc... but may want to consider purchasing a Lisboa Card before your trip for the benefits of reduced transport and attraction costs. There is a good view from the well maintained, well decorated and very comfortable apartment.
