Located off Rua Direita, you're steps from restaurants, bars, and shops. Ideal for couples or guests wanting to be near transport links, this apartment offers a stylish, tranquil retreat. The modern refurbishment ensures a peaceful haven to unwind after a day of sightseeing or beach lounging. The Space: A recently renovated studio apartment with stylishly decorated living areas. WORK FROM HOME LONGER STAYS AMAZING LOCATION WASHING FACILITIES AND FAST INTERNET CONNECTION Guest Access: Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service from 16:00 till 20:00. Early Check-in: Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in. Late Check-in Fees: \- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00 \- After 23:00 – €60.00 The Neighborhood: This apartment is literally a minute walk from the lovely beach known as Praia da Rainha Located right in the heart of the Cascais historical area with its charming cobbled streets and old architecture. Just a short distance from the Rainha Beach and Albatroz Hotel. Quietly tucked away off the main walking street but close enough to roll out of bed into the local cafés and restaurants it is a fantastic base to explore getting lost in the old town area. Plenty of good boutique shopping right on the doorstep Getting Around: Underground paid parking is available within a 3-minute walk Cascais train and bus station are just 100m from the apartment, giving you easy access to Lisbon and Sintra. The train between Lisbon and Cascais is regular and runs along the coastline. The Cascais marina is a short walk from here over a small bridge. Taking a wrong turn in this area is an experience in itself with some new sights to offer. Other Things to Note: Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. I found eateries, beach, shopping, and massage all 5-10 minutes to my apartment. Except on weekends, traffic and noise is very quiet.
