CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Welcome to the Penthouse, a freshly renovated and spacious 3-bedroom/3-bathroom top floor apartment in this historic building. Conveniently located in the heart of Ericeira, steps away from all the best restaurants, cafe's, bars, beaches, and boutiques the village has to offer. Enjoy your dinner at your private terrace watching stunning sunsets with direct ocean view after a relaxing day spent at the beach or surfing at Ericeira’s world famous beaches.  
  
The Space:  
Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, fully renovated. Only a few steps away from the beach.   
  
The flat features three double bedrooms with King size beds that can be organised as single beds to host couples, friends or family. Two of the bedrooms are suites with private bathroom. the third bedroom has a private family bathroom right in front of the door.   
  
There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals and ultra high-speed WIFI provided.

The house is located in the centre of old town and a 5-minute walk from the central bus station. There is also a taxi service right out side the house and large public parking is located near the house with free parking in the streets nearby.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that the apartment is located in the heart of Ericeira village, where you may experience some noise at night. While the apartment is comfortable and well-insulated, we want to ensure you are aware of the potential for sounds from nearby cafes, restaurants, and bars.  
  
In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect certain personal details from all guests (such as passport/ID information) for submission to the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
