Ideal for a stay of two, has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender. The apartment also has a TV, heater, hairdryer, iron and tourist information about the city. A little welcoming surprise gift is guaranteed by the hosts. The apartment is located next to one of Europe's most beautiful avenues, Avenida da Liberdade. The Avenida subway station and several bus stops are located within five minutes walk of this apartment and ten minutes is the Rossio train station. Lisbon enjoys a mild climate even in winter is ideal for touring the city on foot and enjoy what it has to offer. The location is a busy one and the property is just feet from the street in front and to the side. There is a bus that comes up the street or you can walk down to Avenida do Liberdade to get to the Metro, although the walk will get you in shape as it is uphill. Communication with the owners was very good and there is a laundromat about a half a block from the property. There is no central heating and heat is provided by two space heaters - which are quite ample for the space. The building appears to be quite old and there are a couple of cupboards that smell a bit moldy, so it may not be suitable for people with allergies.
