Live like a local! Located in the heart of the city, you can experience daily life on foot, by bicycle or using public transport. A walk through the city centre takes just 45 minutes, allowing you to absorb the atmosphere of the avenues, cafés and shops along the way. The apartment, located in the vibrant centre of Lisbon, offers the convenience of a modern building, ensuring a tranquil environment, essential for a good night's sleep in a bustling capital. With a suite featuring a double bed and bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a charming balcony with sunrise views, the apartment prioritises comfort. Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation, while the spacious and elegant living and dining areas offer a relaxing space to unwind. High-speed internet services are available, as well as numerous recommendations for a unique stay in the capital of Portugal. Each room has a spacious wardrobe for guests' convenience. One of the main advantages of the apartment is its ability to offer guests highly valued resources for a comfortable stay that are often not available in older buildings, providing a touch of luxury in Lisbon. The building is equipped with a lift and, upon request, we can provide a parking space for an additional cost. Supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centres, cinemas and public transport centres are easily accessible, with Lisbon Airport just 5 km away. The nearest supermarket is conveniently located across the street, and you can take a short walk to El Corte Inglés or Saldanha Shopping Centre. We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. One of the chairs had a piece of plywood covering the worn out springs. Sofa was OK but badly stained. Check in process was strange, we were required to have a video call with the host before he would give us the entry codes etc. Location was excellent and apartment was spacious. Shower in the master bedroom would not work as the knob to start the shower was broken off. No reason this could not be a five star place, just needs working shower and useable furniture. ##### Cam G. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very quiet, except for a little noise from the fire station across the street. Great location, a huge grocery store across the street and a good city market 5 minutes away. The Metro is less than 2 blocks away. Even though there are big hotels in the area, this is not a tourist district, so it has a genuine downtown feel. The only issue is that they need to revise the listing to remove the amenity of a clothes drying machine. The washer only washes the clothes and you have to put your wet clothes on a drying rack. We chose this apartment because the listing specified a clothes drying machine in more than one place, and this is inaccurate. Otherwise, we had a very good stay and we recommend this apartment for the location and the space inside. ##### Thomas V.
