The space is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, has an independent bedroom, and a second bedroom created in the living room, through a cylindrical structure, which introduces the necessary privacy to the occupants. Each room has 2 single beds that can be connected and converted into a double bed. In the living room the sofa bed allows sleeping for two more people. The apartment is on the top floor, and although the roof is properly insulated thermally, it was equipped with two units air conditioners. The windows allow for intense brightness during the day, but have double glazing, so they allow a pleasant ambience inside. At night in the bedroom windows, blackouts allow darken the space, for travelers who like to sleep in the dark. The apartment has a simple and practical decoration for travelers and has a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Sheets and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Guests will have access to free wi-fi and cable TV, as well as soap and cleaning products. The kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the equipment necessary. The apartment does not have balconies or terraces. The proximity to the Pink Street put us in the center of the activity and provided a wonderful choice of places to eat and enjoy our afternoons and evenings. Pedro and Vera were excellent hosts, they gave us a lot of recommendations. The neighborhood is a little noisy, although the double glass of the windows helped to reduce the volume. My husband and I stayed in Vera and Pedro’s apartment for 3 nights and found it had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Lisbon! It he location was very close to all forms of public transportation, which was so easy to use!The communication beforehand could not have been clearer. Perfect location as easy to get around the city from a few minutes walk from the apartment. We were very close to Pink street so bear in mind the noise on Saturday nights. Pedro and Vera were very accommodating and understanding with checkin and checkout times by an hour or so each way , which was very much appreciated ! The apartment is located just down the street from Pink Street, right by the train station, Time Out Market, the river, etc. The apartment has a great floor plan, plenty of space and lots of natural light (which came in handy for us since we were there during the Europe blackout that impacted all of Portugal. The apartment was clean and consistent with the listing. It is a large apartment but a strange layout with the 2nd bedroom pod dividing the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms beside each other in the corner.
