Canceled this reservation within the required timeframe, the management company ignored the request and then charged my card. Ignored repeated requests from us and VRBO for the credit back of charges. When we finally got a hold of them, provided proof of cancellation within the timeframe dictated at time of reservation, they stopped communicating. At worst, they specialize in scams/fraud and at best they are negligent at communicating with their reservations on a timely basis. If I could give 0 stars I would. Plenty of other places to rent in Lisbon, just don’t do it with WHome property management company. ##### Aaron L.
