#### Technology is great until it isnt

The unit is very modern, spotless and located in a great area. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc within walking distance. The problem is the apartment has Smart Locks that didnt always work. The worst case was we came home at 11pm, got into the building, but the smart lock on the unit's door had bad batteries so we couldnt get in. It took over 2 hours for their "on call" person to come and let us in. There needs to be a better backup system. We had a similar issue 2 days later but their call center was able to text us a code to open the door. We crossed our fingers every time we tried to open the door. There is a flat screen tv, buts its in the bedroom. I like to stay up late to watch tv, but couldnt as it would keep my partner from sleeping. I was told there would be some type of credit for the inconvenience, but havent heard yet.

#### Great Location

The VRBO was great, it is a 4 story walk up with cobblestone streets. Might be challenging if you are physically compromised. Would be nice to have a map with grocery stores , ATM’s and closest parking. Otherwise a wonderful place! Thank you!

El apartamento coincide con las fotos Exterior, soleado, con pequeño balcón -mirador, tanto en el dormitorio como en la sala-comedor. Baño amplio con bañera Aire acondicionado que funcionó muy bien Situación muy buena para recorrer Lisboa, a un paso de las zonas más turísticas Parcela en el mismo inmueble, acceso desde el portal. Cama cómoda y bien equipada Dos cosas que no estuvieron bien, limpieza era un poco justita y las cortinas del dormitorio estan pidiendo un cambio ya. Las veces que tuve que ponerme en contacto con los responsables, fue rápida su respuesta pero, nunca en español, en inglés, así que siempre por escrito, atraves de la plataforma B

Very lovely and great stay. One negative- No coffee pods and I had to buy the special coffee pods - Delta Q. Some confusion over date of cleaning service but overall very large nice well appointed place.

#### Essential services were not working

We have escalated to VRBO to request a refund. Owner claimed to be addressing the lack of hot water, but after 6 days of run-around and purposely dragging their feet to address it, we escalated to VRBO and they agreed we should leave. Owner was clearly playing games and had no intention of refunding us, or addressing the hot water issue that was apparent on check in.
