Ils affirment avoir l'air clim mais non le mode est réglé sur ventilation et ils ne veulent pas qu'on change le mode. La rue pour se rendre au logement est très mal vu dans le cartier (beaucoup de sans abris, nous avons vu quelqu'un se droguer devant nous... ouff! La rue sentait l'urine c'était épouvantable. Nous avons eu une très mauvaise première impression de Lisbon seulement à cause de ce logement! Je ne le recommande pas du tout! ##### Charlotte B. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jessica S. 4 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Small place w/view but smelly This apartment overall was everything we needed but quite small, up a large hill which smelled very strongly of urine and garbage every day. If your nose is strong, don't stay here. It is very close to Rossio square so quite safe but it is up a dark ally. The construction noise was significant during the day starting at 7-8 am. It didn't bother us as we woke up early but if you sleep in this is not the place for you right now. It had a beautiful view with nice deep windows. The apartment has a main entrance with the laundry and then multiple apartments on the way up. This one was the 11th one up 30 stairs after the steep hill so if your mobility isn’t great I wouldn’t recommend this place. The online check in and unlocking the door was a bit annoying to do everytime especially if you don’t have data. There is a back up key. Generally pretty clean with a few missed spots. The pull out couch wasn't super clean and the mattress was very springy. We did have problems with the AC as the last renters changed the mode. Otherwise it worked fine. The company answered in a reasonable time and were helpful. They allowed early check in too. For a reasonable price, it is a good spot downtown though I wouldn't pay more than average :) ##### Jessica S. Explanation said apartment was on 2nd floor however it was on 3rd and there are no suite numbers. The apartment had all the basics but the AC definitely did not cool the place. If you have difficulty with hills this apartment is not for you. We were not provided with the WiFi info on our arrival and the property manager did not respond to email requests for it so we had to pay for data in order to call them…they then emailed it to us. Also note property manager has not disclosed that the building attached is under major construction and it begins every morning at 8:00 so if you like to sleep in this won’t work for you.
