#### Séjour difficile

Bonjour, On nous a pas donné de clés avec l'appartement. Il fallait toujours ouvrir la porte avec le téléphone. Mais comme mon téléphone est très lent, ce n'était pas agreable..Et si mon téléphone manque de batterie, je fais quoi? La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, nous voulions écouter l'Euro! Il y avait de nombreux moustiques dans l'appartement, car les fenêtres n'étaient pas étanche et il n'y avait pas de moustiquaires. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement que l'appartement était bien situé. Ils ont dit qu'ils viendraient pour la télévision et la clé mais ne sont jamais venu. J'ai trouvé ça ordinaire comme service.

I traveled alone and stayed 2 nights. Apartment was renewed, clean and nice. The area is a bit sketchy with homeless sleeping right across the street and using the corner as a bathroom. Noise coming from refurbishing nearby building was very loud. Get your earplugs or you won’t sleep past 7am. Lastly, the host should put numbers on the apartments, as floor 0 is not typical in most countries and it causes a lot of confusion when looking to identify the apartments. I had to try opening doors on 2 floors when i arrived, i saw a young couple doing the same later that day and a mom and daughter with exactly the same problem on the next day. Easy fix and shouldn’t even be an issue for guests to deal with!

Finding the location of both the property as well as which room was which was a little difficult, as was the check-in process (the app wasn't working so I needed to use a code after contacting the owner). These issues were resolved quickly though, and once inside the place was tidy and modern.

#### Zentral und sauber, mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Das Appartement befindet sich in zentraler Lage und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, Die Betten waren bequem, es fehlte aber ein Wasserkocher ( wir haben dafür ein Kochtopf benutzt ). Aus den Fenster kann man nicht richtig rausblicken, das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir immer unterwegs waren und spät abends reinkamen.Was absolut nicht Ok ist - Check-in Vorhang: Der Nummer des Apartments stand nicht in der E-mail. Das Code-Schloss hat nicht funktioniert bis wir den Service angerufen haben. Das W-Lan Password war auch nicht aufgeschrieben, wir müssten noch mal den Service anrufen. Ich frage mich, was wäre wenn wir den Service nicht erreicht hätten. Trotz allem wir haben die Stadt genossen!

El acceso al apartamento es tedioso, no hay a quien dirigirse, tan solo un enlace web. Lo peor es que hay personas viviendo en la calle en el portal de enfrente lo cual da sensación de peligrosidad o olor a pis insoportable.El apartamento en si bien, pero solo recomiendo para 2 personas.

#### Grundsätzlich gut

Lage super, Gegend mäßig (sehr steile Straße, nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, riecht stark nach Urin, Drogen und Dealerbereich) Wohnung klein aber fein (das 3. Bett mussten wir selber beziehen), alles da und gut ausgeschaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Rossioplatz (Cafés, Metro, Fußgängerzone in 2 Minuten)

#### All worth it

The location is right in the Central of Lisbon, 2 min from the metro that comes from the airport. Perfect location for a tourist. Place is clean, things are new and well kept, shower is hot and good. Place super comfortable and cozy. No complaints what so ever. The entrance (up a small hill) may intimidate a bit but no worries at all it’s safe. My family and I would def stay here again and many times over.

It was very close to everything and the electronic locks were very convenient
