Salle de bains:aucune tablette au dessus du lavabo et dans la douche pour poser savons, shampoing et autres, lavabo trop petit et trop bas. Portail de l'entrée qui s'ouvre électriquement uniquement: dû à une panne électrique, nous nous sommes retrouvés à 23h30 dehors sans possibilité de rentrer. Après appel au "patron": ce dernier étant à plus d'une demi-heure de route, pas la clé du portail sur place, il a fait appel à une personne habitant l'immeuble d'à côté qu'il "connaît" et qui dormait, pour que celui-ci force et/ou casse la serrure afin que nous puissions rentrer(la serrure a été cassée). Danger: si le feu se déclare dans l'immeuble, les personnes à l'intérieur ne peuvent sortir en cas d'absence d'électricité. L'ai signalé au "patron". Ne m'a pas dit qu'il mettrait la clé à disposition des locataires. My husband and I got room no. 1 which smells like a basement with full of molds. It was so painful to breathe in the room. Furthermore, the counter opens from 9 to 6\. We arrived around 23:00 so we had no way to ask to change the room. The most unacceptable thing happened next morning. We were supposed to check in 9:00 the next morning. We had to wait for 1 hour because no one showed up. When we finally met a staff member and complained about the room, she offered us one available (but a bit more expensive) room. After 1 hour, the staff member called us saying that the owner wanted us to charge 20 euro per night for the new room (when we checked it online, the price difference was 5 euro per night). We wasted another 1 hour arguing about changing the room on the road. The staff member managed to offer a comparable room but we had to move our stuff twice on that day! The room no 1\. should never been provided anyone. Even if I got money to stay in that room, I would never accept it. Nuestro apartamento de 2 plantas, la superior abuhardillada en algunos puntos del baño había que tener cuidado con la cabeza. Nos gustó la independencia al ser tipo villa, ya que en el patio común de entrada el acceso es con clave. Ha sido tal como lo esperábamos, las fotos son muy realistas. Lo peor, el aparcamiento, el lugar es de zona azul, aunque hay cerca, a un par de calles parking de pago (20€/día). Die Lobby war generell nicht besetzt, nur nach Anruf und erheblicher Wartezeit erschien eine Mitarbeiterin. Diese konnte jedoch teilweise nur Portugiesisch.Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und hatten das Appartement Nr.4 welches ein Hochbett hatte. Der Zugang war über eine sehr steile Leiter die kaum begehbar war. Der Abstand zwischen Bett und darüber liegender Decke betrug weniger als 1 Meter. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn in dem darüberliegendden Appartement (Altbau Holzdecke) Gäste miIt Kind wohnen, die sich wie Elefanten bewegen. Das Badezimmer geht überhaupt nicht, extrem kleines Waschbecken in der Größe eines Suppentellers, Dusche im unteren Bereich voller Schimmel, beim Duschen lief Wasser aus und flutete den Wohnraum. Die absolute Kuppe:benutzte Duschhandtücher die zum Wechsel auf dem Boden lagen wurden vom Personal für "noch gut "bewertet und obwohl total feucht gefaltet und erneut zur Benutzung ins Bad gehängt. Alles in Allem auf den ersten Blick ansprechende Räumlichkeiten jedoch mit erheblichen Mängeln in der Funktionalität. Viel Dinge sind einfach total unpraktisch. No staff present if you need something, not even at check-in, even though they knew ahead of time that we would arrive shortly before noon. No welcome drinks, as mentioned. Terrible beds. The good thing is that it is a quiet neighborhood, central to most places; but there was a bad odor outside, and dog poop, outside, during the four days we stayed. The cleaning lady was nice, and efficient. Nach der langen Wartezeit auf den Transfershuttle konnte dieser nicht vor dem Hotel halten da vor dem Hotel eine große und laute Straßenbaustelle war. Hier wurde von 8.00 bis 18.00 h die Straße neu geplastert und abgerüttelt. Das Hotel liegt eigentlich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend jedoch auch in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen wodurch zwischen 6.00 und 23.00 h immer wieder Fluglärm auftritt. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist müssen die Fenster eigentlich immer offen stehen. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet. Das Hochbett war nur über eine steile Leiter zu erreichen und erforderte sportliche Qualitäten. Dieses Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer lag im Tiefparterre unter dem Wohnraum des Zimmers in der 1\. Etage und jeder Schritt im Raum über uns war störend wahrzunehmen.
