A few steps from gardens, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarkets, bars and the beach and with stunning views over Cascais Bay and the sea. With a magnificent and spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, this property invites you to relax, savour wine and enjoy the view, the sun and the birdsong. This fully equipped two-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and a complete bathroom, allows you to spend time with family or friends. You will love staying here, taking advantage of everything this village has to offer. Strolling through the picturesque Cascais; spending time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visiting its fortress, palaces and museums; dining outdoors on the famous Yellow Street or enjoying the various shops, bars and restaurants of the Marina; Cascais has so much to offer that you will wish to stay longer. You can enjoy all of this without the need for a car and note that our apartment is just five minutes from transport options that will quickly take you to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, the most famous beach in Cascais and part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the chosen mode of transport, you will be conveniently close to Cascais train station, bus stops and taxi ranks. Composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, living room with fireplace, sofa bed and dining table, 1 full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with sea view. Step out onto the furnished balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a meal or breakfast with a fantastic view of the historic centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a vast array of restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. As it is a tourist area, there is some noise coming from the surrounding bars. By the end of 2025, the exterior painting of the building where our apartment is located will be carried out. We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact during check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to help. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfer, babysitter, chef services and organisation of tourist tours, among others. Let us take care of the details so that you can focus on creating wonderful memories during your stay in Cascais! Important: Late check-in (after 8 pm - £30; after 10 pm - £50) Early check-in (between 10:30 am and 12 pm - £50; between 12 pm and 3 pm - £30) Late check-out (after 12 pm — £30; after 3 pm — £50; after 5 pm — Night rate) (All subject to availability) Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the announced final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, an intermediate cleaning is not legally required, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory, carried out by our service providers, and will have the same cost as the final cleaning. For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity, and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests. Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is charged by the municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The amount is 4 euros per night and per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax. The location was perfect...8 minute walk to rail and bus stations, restaurants and cafes of every variety within minutes. As a result of this, it can be quite noisy, but it is a "happy noise" that was usually finished by 11ish. It did not bother us except for one night in 19\. Not so bad. The agent who looked after us was always available to answer questions and to clean up the balcony after a seagull decided to rest there!! And, to fix a window blind that I had pulled up to hard. He was very gracious about it. The beds were comfortable. A bundle buggy for groceries...a necessity for sure... was provided. The balcony could use a shade of some sort for the afternoon sun and nicer table and chairs for sitting and looking out over a lovely view. The kitchen window has a magnificent view but the sun is blinding. Again, a shade of some kind, even half way from the top, would make it a perfect window for viewing and would also cut back on the heat that comes in. These are not serious drawbacks, but could have made things just a little nicer. Finally, it had almost everything one would need for a happy 19 days Oh.... and the elevator was certainly a plus.. It was also a little further from Lisbon than we realized so if you’re coming to see Lisbon, consider a place closer to the heart of the city.
