### Hip Tailor Made Studio

This petite yet comfortable studio flat is the ideal choice for both a weekend away as well as your hub for longer vacations in Lisbon.  
  
This small but comfortable apartment is the ideal choice both for a weekend away as well as for longer holidays in Lisbon.  
The apartment has an open mezzanine with a bed, cable TV, wireless high-speed internet and also heaters and fans!  
  
Guests have full access to the whole apartment.  
  
Me or a friend will be at the flat to welcome you and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any suggestions on what to do or where to eat in the city, I will be happy to advise you!  
  
Next to the flat, there are several mini-markets, restaurants and bakeries at a good price.  
  
You can use the Uber service or taxi and in about 15mins makes the trip from the airport to the address for an average cost of 15 €.  
  
By public transport, take the bus 783 to Marquês de Pombal and then the 727 to Praça da Armada right in front of the flat.  
  
To move from the flat to the beach of Estoril/Cascais, you have about 5min walk from the flat to the train station of Alcântara, which will take you directly to the train station of Estoril or Cascais, taking about 35 minutes in total to reach the beach!!!  
  
In this new normality, our Mission is no longer just to give you the best, but also the safest experience you can find in Lisbon. As long as the official seals do not come out, we commit ourselves not only to the best and most careful cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to a series of services that you can enjoy in the comfort of your apartment without taking risks that you think are unnecessary. After seeing the many families, routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is to keep everything and everyone working as they have until now, holding the boat amid this great storm and helping to raise our neighborhood, our city, and our country! Continue to raise the name and quality of Portuguese tourism here and abroad!

Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.  
  
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.  
  
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first-day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.  
  
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.

In Lisbon, Uber makes available through the app, the request for a Covid-19 test.  
  
This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal's reference laboratories.  
  
With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their home to perform a Covid-19 test.  
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user's location with personal protective equipment to collect the sample.  
  
Unilabs offers two Covid-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid detection antigen tests. The PCR test costs 125€ with a result delivery within 24 hours after collection. The Antigen test, a test with a lower sensitivity but with faster results - results given in 15 minutes - has a cost of 50€ and report delivery within 4 hours after collection.  
Arrival between 00:00 and 03:00 are subject to a 40.00EUR late arrival fee.  
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:59 are subject to a 25.00EUR late arrival fee.
