This 87m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Cascais is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. The property is located on the ground floor. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property includes complimentary parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Nov 1, 2025 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication The the electronic door lock didn’t work, the blinds in both bedrooms and the dining room were missing slats so they did not provide privacy, the blackout shades in one of the bedrooms would was jammed in the open position, there was no dishwashing soap, no dishwasher soap, no laundry detergent, no hand soap in the kitchen dispenser, no paper towels in the kitchen and no trash bags. When we informed our host, it took over over a full day before they delivered some of the missing items but they provided 3 dishwasher pods and still no laundry soap and told us they would not make another delivery until sometime the following afternoon so we should buy the soap ourselves.
